Doc confirmed my self-diagnosis: Baby weight and lots of toddler-inspired movement finally got me. He said that my thigh muscles never recovered from the cast-induced atrophy from my younger days. I asked why this didn’t flair up when I was pregnant with Theo.
“You’re older and in worse shape,” he says.
Flabby thighs. Old. Out of shape. Thanks! Can I get a knee brace and some PT to go with that? Awesome.
