So this week was filled with movie premieres, celebrity encounters, and fancy pants parties. Oh wait, that was Nate.
My week was all about sleep anxiety.
After enjoying three solid weeks of top notch slumber from Theo, we’ve now gone into reverse. It has been taking me up to 3 hours to coax the Zzs out of him and he’s been waking up at night again. Why Theo? Why? Is it because I’ve accidentally been saying “put to sleep,” instead of “put to bed?” It was a slip of the tongue! We would never do that.
I’m heading back to work in a matter of days. Days! I need sleep! In order to shower, get ready, feed Theo, and get to work on time, I estimate that I’m going to need to get up at 5:30. That's AM.
This worries me on many levels.
